You are more than welcome to bring your own games, handouts, or other puzzles for the unstructured portion of the program, or for that matter, the official program.
If you have an idea for a group activity that would be fun for at least 20 people, there's still time to propose an idea.
Regarding food, the party will be a pot luck this time.
You needn't bring enough food to feed everyone, but any sort of snack or light refreshment is welcome.
There are dining options nearby if people wish to have dinner afterwards.
